The Finance Team has been established with Dr Yu Yu Tin as Director, Mrs Theingi Tin as
Assistance Director and Mrs Tin Mie Mie Kyaw as the Manager.
The Finance Team member will cooperate with the accountant, Database Administrator, etc.
The responsibilities of the Finance Team is to open the bank account and manage the internet
banking, cheque book, merchant facilities, on-line donation and on-line sales, direct debit
payment, donation data base, receipt , etc.
Professional accountant will be involued in ATO submission. There will be an external auditor
for annual audit. The Finance Team will prepare the Income and Expense Statement, Financial Statement
for professional accountant and the external auditor.
Will update the donation list for the web master to publish on a monthly basis.
Will prepare and send out the tax deductable receipts for the donations.
